研究了平均晶粒度分别为147、166和550μm的3种石英对石英捣打料加热永久线变化和强度的影响。结果表明:不同晶粒度的石英,其晶型转变温度也不尽相同,主要原因在于石英的结晶度不同,其热效应出现差异。石英捣打料在1 100℃热处理后失去自由水和结晶水而导致收缩;1 600℃烧后,由于存在鳞石英向方石英的相转变,有显著的体积膨胀,且随着晶粒增大,体积膨胀减小,强度显著提高。
The effect of quartz crystalline size(147,166,and 550 μm respectively on average) on the permanent change in dimensions on heating and strength of quartz ramming mix was investigated.The results show that quartzes with different crystalline sizes have different phase change temperatures because of the different crystallinities and thermal effects.After fired at 1 100 ℃,quartz ramming mix shrinks because of the dehydration of free water and crystal water.When fired at 1 600 ℃,quartz ramming mix expands obviously for the phase change from tridymite to cristobalite;with the increasing crystalline size of quartz,the expansion decreases and the strength increases.
