In this paper, we explores main characteristics of three types （green ecotype, outgoing leading, urban） model under the introduces four types of technology （information technology, microbial technology, Marine technology and biotechnology）and their effects on agricultural production,lastly, put forward some Suggestions on agricultural industry development under the background of new technology revolution.
