以四硫代钼酸铵为前驱体,采用等体积浸渍法制备一系列MoS2和Co掺杂的3A分子筛催化剂,并采用X线衍射仪(XRD)、比表面积分析仪(BET)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征分析。以噻吩/环己烷为模拟油,考察催化剂的加氢脱硫(HDS)活性。结果表明:在免预硫化、低负载量(0.5%Mo)的条件下,MoS2/3A分子筛催化剂的催化活性为97%;Co掺杂的MoS2/3A分子筛催化剂,其HDS活性接近100%;此外,在相同反应条件和制备方法下,MoS2/3A催化剂的催化活性均高于MoS2/γ-Al2O3和MoS2/堇青石催化剂。由此表明,采用3A分子筛替代传统的γ-Al2O3和蜂窝堇青石作为载体不仅降低了MoS2的负载量,节约了成本,而且还有效地提高了催化剂的HDS活性;且Co的掺杂进一步促进了催化剂活性的提高。
A series of MoS2and Co doped MoS2/3A molecular sieve catalysts were prepared by impregnation using ammonium tetrathiomolybdate as precursor. The obtained catalysts were investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD),specific surface area( BET) and scanning electron microscope( SEM). The hydrodesulphurization( HDS) evaluation was carried out with thiophene / cyclohexane as model oil on a fixed bed reactor. Results indicated that the synthesized catalysts exhibited high catalytic activity( 97%) in the case of free prevulcanization and low loading( 0. 5% Mo). The hydrodesulphurization activity of Cobalt doped MoS2/3A molecular sieve catalyst reached up to nearly 100%. The synthesized catalysts presented much higher activity than the MoS2/ γ-Al2O3and cordierite honeycomb catalysts prepared with the similar method under the same reaction conditions. It suggested that the catalyst by the substitution of the conventional γ-Al2O3and cordierite honeycomb carriers with 3A molecular sieves of low loaded MoS2increased the hydrodesulphurization activity. The doping of Co further promoted the improvement of the catalyst activity.
