对工业纯钛在葡萄糖酸钠及磷酸混合溶液中分别在钝化区(2、3 V)以及活化区(5 V)进行阳极氧化处理。通过极化曲线、I-t曲线、开路电位和交流阻抗等方法,研究工业纯钛的抗腐蚀性能。结果表明:处理电位为3V时,其钝化膜的抗腐蚀性最佳。
The anodic oxidation treatment was carried on commercial pure titanium in a mixed solution containing sodium gluconate and phosphoric acid at passive region(2,3 V) and tranpassive region(5V). The corrosion resistance was researched by polarization curves, I-t curves,open circuit potential and A.C. impedance.The results show that the passive film obtained in 3V has the best corrosion resistance.
