It was reviewed about types, properties and preparation methods of graphene composites and its application in detection of trace gas molecular. Graphene had large specific surface area and unique electrical properties to make high sensitive sensor for gas molecular detection because it had strong capacity of absorption. The weak point of the material was poor selectivity. Graphene sensors of detection sensitivity and selectivity could be improved by composite performance of huge specific surface and abundant surface functional groups.
