Mitogen-activated protein kinase（MAPK） plays an important role in the regulation of cellular growth,fission,differentiation and apoptosis.Glioma is an intracranial malignant tumor,which is severely threatening the human health.This malignant tumor is characterized by high incidence and mortality.Recently,it has been shown in many reports that there is a change in the activity of MAPK signaling pathway in various malignant tumors such as glioma,and MAPK can mediate the antitumor properties of many drugs.This article reviews the relationship between glioma and MAPK.
