高速列车的轮对决定着整车品质,研究和探索轮对的现代设计方法具有重要意义。根据轮对结构特征和设计程序,提出基于广义模块化的数字化设计方法。文中介绍了广义模块化设计方法,详细论述了轮对设计流程和功能模块设计,系统功能模块划分为全局参数模块、结构设计模块和分析与校核模块,结构设计模块基于广义模块方法划分为踏面模块、车轮模块和车轴模块。采用面向对象的设计方法,开发轮对CAD设计平台,实现高速列车轮对的数字化设计。
The wheel pair of high-speed train plays a decisive role to the vehicle quality, it's significant to have a research and exploration on the modern design method for wheel pair. For the structure characteristics and design procedures of wheel pair, the theory of digitization design base on the modularization was proposed, the generalized modularization method will shown in this paper, and the design process for wheel, function module design were discussed in detail, the system functional module was divided into global parameter module, structural design module and analysis module. The structural design module based on the generalized-modularization approach included tread module, wheel pair module and axle module. By the method of object-oriented design, exploiting the CAD design platform for wheel pair and accomplish the digital design on wheel pair of high-speed train.
