本文主要研究创新网络中企业的调节定向对网络惯例所产生的影响,并揭示了在不同组织间信任情景下该影响效应的差异。在文献梳理的基础上,从认知和情感两个维度来剖析组织间信任,并依据程度的差异区分为四个组织情境,分别对调节定向与网络惯例的关系展开研究。实证结果显示:信任的情境不同,调节定向与网络惯例之间的关系也会随之发生变化;在情景1中,也就是信任两个维度的程度都较高时,调节定向对网络惯例的正向影响最为显著;在认知信任较高但情感信任较低的情景2中,预防定向不利于网络惯例的形成:在认知和情感两种信任程度都较低的情景中,预防定向与网络惯例不存在显著的相关关系。本文的研究是对调节定向理论和组织惯例研究的有益扩展,有助于指导企业的网络化合作创新行为。
As basic elements of network behavior, network routines can be considered as the core elements to maintain and coordinate innovation network operation. On the basis of related literature, inter - organizational trust can be classified into cognitive -based trust and emotional -based trust, and divided into four different contexts. We construct the theoretical hypotheses between regulatory focus and network routines. We use the actual data of the process of innovation cooperation in China, and conduct an empirical test with the help of SPSS17.0. The whole research shows that regulatory focus has different influences on network routines in different contexts. In the contexts of high cognitive - based trust and emotional - based trust, the regulatory focus has a positive impact on the degree of network routines.
