根据湿陷性砂土矿物成分组分分析,选用无黏性细砂和胶结性黏土矿物煅烧高岭土制备人工湿陷性砂土,通过正交试验和单因素试验,研究人工制备砂土湿陷性与黏土矿物含量、压实度和初始含水量的相关关系,使试验结果具有可重复性和可控性。试验结果表明:1)影响人工制备砂土湿陷性的主要因素依次为:压实度>高岭土含量>初始含水量;2)人工制备砂土的湿陷性随黏土矿物含量的增加,呈现出先增大后减小的变化规律;3)高岭土含量为20%的人工制备湿陷性砂土的湿陷系数与孔隙比成正比关系,与干密度呈反比关系;4)砂颗粒周围包裹着黏土薄膜,黏土薄膜上包裹着结合水膜,形成的双层膜结构是砂土在水的作用下产生湿陷原因。该研究结论可为铁路工程中湿陷性砂土地基的处理提供参考和技术支持。
Based on analysis of mineral composition of collapsible soil, artificial collapsible sand was prepared with non-coherent fine sand and coherent clay mineral-calcinations kaolin. Through orthogonal test and single factor test, relationship between collapsibility of artificial sand and content of kaolin clay, degree of compaction and initial water content was studied. These tests are repeatable and controllable. Test results show that:1) Influ-encing degree of these three factors on collapsibility of artificial sand ordered in the following:compaction degree〉 kaolin clay content 〉 initial water content.2) Collapsibility of the artificial sand increases at first and then de-creases with the increase of the clay content.3) There is a proportional relationship between collapsibility of artifi-cial collapsible sand with void ratio, and there is an inverse relation between collapsibility of artificial collapsible sand with dry destiny, kaolin clay content of which is 20%.4) Sand particles are surrounded by clay films, and clay films are wrapped with water films. These double membrane structures would lead to the collapse of artificial sand under water immersion. The research results can provide references and technical supports for treatment of collapsible sand foundation in railway projects.
