脾酪氨酸激酶(Spleen tyrosine kinase,Syk)是一种非受体型酪氨酸激酶,在多种细胞中表达,主要与炎症过程有关。Syk在氧化脂质沉积、C-反应蛋白、NF-κB的激活、血小板活化及炎症小体的激活等动脉粥样硬化的炎症过程中发挥重要调节作用。抑制Syk可降低动脉粥样硬化的炎症过程,并降低斑块的发展,因此,Syk抑制将作为一个新的抗动脉粥样硬化的治疗策略。针对Syk的靶向药物的研发也将是治疗动脉粥样硬化药物发展的新方向之一。
A non-receptor type tyrosine kinase,Spleen tyrosine kinase(Syk),expressed in a variety of cells,is mainly related to inflammatory processes.Syk plays an important regulatory role in oxidized low-density lipoprotein(oxLDL),C-reactive protein,NF-κB and the activation of platelet and inflammasome,which are related to the inflammatory processes of atherosclerosis.Syk inhibition can reduce the inflammation process of atherosclerosis and plaque development.Therefore,Syk inhibition may act as a potentially fruitful antiinflammatory therapeutic strategy in atherosclerosis.It is necessary to study the targeted medicine of Syk,which will be a new direction of drug development.
