利用ABAQUS软件建立1100R20载重子午线轮胎的有限元模型,并借助正交试验设计法确定数值试验方案,分析带束层帘线角度和模量对胎面耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:带束层帘线模量对胎面耐磨性能的影响较小;带束层帘线角度增大,带束层受力和子午线轮胎的箍紧系数均下降,垂直负荷下的下沉量变大,轮胎径向刚度降低;胎面接地区压力分布均匀化程度提高,相同行驶里程下的胎面磨耗量下降。
The finite element model of 11.00R20 truck and bus radial tire was established by using ABAQUS software, the numerical test scheme was determined by the orthogonal experimental design method, and the influence of the angle and modulus of belt cords on the tread wear resistance was discussed The results showed that, the modulus of cord only had a slight effect on tread wear resistance. With increase of the angle of belt cord, the forces of belts and tightening coefficient of radial tire both decreased, deflection of the tire under vertical load increased, radial stiffness was reduced, distribution of contact pressure in tread was more uniform, and wear loss was reduced.
