为解决城市轨道交通建设资金短缺问题,在梳理前人相关研究成果的基础上,归纳、总结了现有的城市轨道交通盈利模式,并进一步探索新型盈利模式,建立了基于外部效益内部化的盈利模式研究框架。
To resolve the problem of shortage of construction funds for urban rail transit, the existing profit model of urban rail transit on the basis of previous research is summarized, and further innovative profit model is explored, and a research framework of the profit model based on internalization of external benefits is established.
