汞离子是一种常见的环境污染物之一。有机汞(特别是甲基汞)可以在海洋生物体内累积,能通过食物链转移到人体内,导致大脑损伤和其它慢性疾病,因此,汞离子作为一种水体污染物的检测就显得非常重要。该文制备了一种基于罗丹明-噻吩类化合物的荧光探针用于Hg2+的检测。该探针在Hg2+存在下,Hg2+与探针的络合导致探针的罗内酰胺开环,溶液由无色变成粉红色,由无荧光变成有荧光。该探针可在pH为6.00的乙醇/水(体积比为1:1)溶液中对Hg2+进行检测,具有灵敏度高和选择性好等优点。并且,探针用于自来水和河水中的Hg2+的检测,测定结果令人满意。
Mercury ion is one of the common environmental pollution.Organic mercury,especially methyl-mercury can be cumulated in the bodies of halobios,and then they can transfer into human body through food chain,which can course brain damnification and other chronic diseases.So it's very important to detect the Hg2+ which was one of the water pollution.In this text,the authors prepared a fluorescent probe of Hg2+ based on rhodamine-thiophene conjugate.The probe was found to show a reversible dual chromo-and fluorogenic response toward Hg2+ likely due to the chelation-induced ring-openging of rhodamine spirolactam.And they can detect Hg2+ in 50% CH3CN/H2O buffered at pH6.0 and it exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity for sensing Hg2+.Besides,the determination of Hg2+ in both tap and river water samples displays satisfactory results.
