为了研究外加剂对沥青混合料路用性能的改善,选取3种外加剂,配制了5种沥青混合料,对其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性等路用性能及黏弹性进行了试验与分析.试验结果表明:沥青混合料的路用性能与模量关系密切,高温模量最高的抗车辙剂混合料及PR.M混合料的高温稳定性能良好;在低温时模量降低的橡维联混合料的低温抗裂性能良好;添加抗车辙剂与橡维联的沥青混合料兼顾了高、低温性能.掺有抗车辙剂与PR.M的3种沥青混合料,其水稳定性显著改善.配制的5种混合料在不同温度下的蠕变规律基本相同,蠕变变形随时间延长而逐渐增大,直至趋于稳定,混合料抵抗变形能力逐渐提高.对于抗压回弹模量提升效果显著的抗车辙剂和PR.M,其混合料的蠕变劲度模量较其他混合料高.
In order to improve application of additives in asphalt mixture,three types of additives were selected and five kinds of asphalt mixtures were mixed,pavement performances,such as high temperature stability and low temperature anti-crack property,and viscoelastic properties of samples were tested and analyzed.Test results indicate:The pavement performance of asphalt mixtures is closely related with the modulus.Anti-crack agent modified mixtures and PR.M mixtures with the highest high temperature modulus have the supreme high temperature performance.Rubber joint dimension mixtures have the best low temperature anti-crack property while the modulus decreases with the decrease of temperature.The mixtures with both of anti-crack agent and rubber joint dimension show better properties at low temperature and high temperature.The water stability of mixtures with anti-crack agent and PR.M is better than the others.Five types of mixtures in different temperatures have the same creep discipline:The ability to resist deformation of mixtures and the creep deformation increase with the increase of time until they are stabilized.Mixtures with anti-crack agent and PR.M,whose compressive resilient modulus obviously increases,have high creep stiffness modulus.
