通过7根配置600MPa级高强钢筋的无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁受弯试验,分析了试验梁的受力特征和裂缝发展规律,并利用ANSYS有限元软件对其挠度、开裂荷载、极限荷载和钢绞线应力增量进行模拟分析。研究结果表明:配置高强钢筋的无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁受力性能良好;非线性有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,该方法能够有效地模拟配置高强钢筋的无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁的受力过程。
According to flexural experiment of unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams with 600 MPa reinforcement,the mechanics characteristic and law of crack developing are analyzed. And using the finite element analysis software( ANSYS), the simulation analysis for deflection, cracking load, ultimate load and stress increment are carried out. The results show that the unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams with highstrength reinforcement behave well. The nonlinear finite element simulations agree well with the experimental results,which indicates that this method could simulate the loading process of unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams with high-strength non-prestressed reinforcement.
