采用主观光线追迹的像差仪测量人眼渡前像差,比较3mm和6mm瞳孔直径下,LASIK手术前与术后四个月的29只人眼波像差情况.数据比较分析表明,手术后人眼高阶像差一般会大于术前,且像差增大量随术前屈光度数的增大和瞳孔直径的增大而增加,如3mm瞳孔直径下86%的人眼高阶像差的RMSD<0.12μ,>O.4弘.比较人眼波像差的Zernik展开式中各项发现球差掣无论在3mm还是6mm孔径下术后改变都最大;其中,当比较3阶,4阶和5至7阶时可看出对于3mm孔径第三阶术后改变比例较大,为1.87,6mm时第四阶改变较大,比例为2.21.
Employing the subjective ray-tracing aberrometry to measure the wave-front aberration of human eye, the database of 29 eyes previous surgery and post-surgery of four months in the case of pupil diameter with 3ram diameter and 6mm were analyzed,respectively. The results show the high order aberration of post-surgery is usually larger than that of previous surgery,and the increment is growing with the increase of refraction error before surgery and pupil diameter. The high-order aberration RMSH is less than 0.12 μ for 86% of eyes in the case of 3mm pupil diameter,while it is more than 0.4/, for 80% 7 of eyes in the case of 6mm. Comparing every term in the Zernik polynomial of wave-front aberration,it is clear to see that the change of spherical aberration contrasting the third, fourth and ratio of aberration change of the Z4° is the largest no matter for 3ram or 6ram pupil diameter. When fifth-to-seventh order in Zernik polynomial, it is shown clearly that the third order as 1.87 is largest among them for 3mm pupil diameter,while that of the fourth order as 2.21 is the largest for 6mm.
