目前的公共安全管理平台存在着信息采集困难、数据传输不及时和数据处理无法实现智能化等问题。为此,将物联网技术与云技术相结合,设计一种新型的公共安全管理平台框架,其中利用物联网技术来解决公共安全管理信息的全天候、多样化采集以及实时传输,利用云技术来实现海量数据的高效分析和智能化处理。利用该平台,可以有效实现公共安全事件的实时监控、及时预警,以及应急处理时的跨职能部门统一调度。另外,还对该新型公共安全管理平台建设中存在的标准化问题和信息安全问题进行了深入讨论,并给出了指导性方案。该方案的研究将有助于我国新一代公共安全管理平台的建设。
At present, the public security management platform has some problems, such as the information collection is difficult, data transmission is not timely and data processing cannot realise its intellectualisation, etc. To address these problems, we combine the technology of network of things with the cloud technology, and design a new public security management platform framework. In the design, we make use of network of things to realise the all-weather and diverse collection of public security management information and the timely delivering of the information, and make use of the cloud technology to achieve the efficient analyses and intellectualised processing on mass data. This platform can be utilised to effectively realise the real-time surveillance and timely early warning of public security events, as well as the unified cross-functional scheduling on emergency treatment. In addition, we also give an in-depth discussion on the standardisation and information security issues existed in the construction of this new platform together with the guidance solution. The study on this scheme benefits in building the new generation of public security management platform of our country.
