为了解决弹光干涉具在工作时,由于机械振动和外界环境温度引起的晶体内部温度累计从而导致共振频率漂移的问题,建立了弹光调制干涉具共振热动态模型。通过对串联共振模型的阻抗特性分析,得到了弹光调制干涉具的热耗散功率、反馈电流和反馈电流相对于驱动电压的相位的关系。通过对热动态模型共振单元的分析,最终推导出了干涉具中温度随时间的变化率和共振频率随时间的变化率方程,以及得出了干涉具共振热动态模型的频率稳定状态方程。分析结果表明,为了保证弹光干涉具得到最大光程差,必须采用锁相频率跟踪,时刻保持驱动频率与干涉具共振频率一致。
In order to abate the resonant frequency drift caused by crystal internal accumulated heat,we build the resonated dynamic thermal model of photoelastic modulated interferometer.By analyzing the impedance property of the cascade resonance model,we obtain the relation between interferometer′s heat dissipation power,feedback current and the phase of the driving voltage.Eventually,we establish the formula that describe the relationship between the temperature change rate and time,and the relationship between the resonant frequency change rate and time.The state equation of frequency stability is obtained.Analysis shows that in order to get the maximum optical path difference for the photoelastic modulator,we should adopt phase locked tracking method to keep drive frequency consistent with resonate frequency.
