为了研究巷道围岩在不同支护约束条件下的强度,以及冲击地压发生时围岩的力学特征,须通过试验方法得到岩石三轴压力一应变峰后曲线,电液伺服控制三轴压力机为可实现全曲线绘制最先进的设备系统。新研制的TAw-3000电液伺服岩石三轴试验机采用国内外先进的试验机控制技术,并在结构和功能上加以改进,设计了刚度大于5GN/m门式整体框架、自平衡压力室、EDC全数字伺服测控器、机液并用机构孔隙水系统、试件高温系统,具备声发射等设备的扩展接口,可提供轴向力3000kN、围压100MPa和渗透水压60MPa的技术指标,通过岩石和煤的单轴压缩、三轴压缩与卸载等试验验证,该机功能先进、性能良好。
In order to study the strength of the mine roadway surrounding rock under different support restraint condition and to study the mechanics features of the surrounding rock when a mine pressure bumping occurred, the rock triaxial pressure-strain curve after peak could be obtained with the test method and the electrohydraulic servo controlled triaxial pressure machine could be the best advanced e- quipment with the full curve drawing. The new research and developed TAW-3000 electrohydraulic servo rock triaxial test machine was e- quipped with the advanced control technology of the test machine at home and abroad and was improved in the structure and functions. A door type integrated frame with a rigidity over 5 GN/m, a self balanced pressure room, EDC full digital servo measurement and controller, a pore water system of the mechanic and hydraulic combined mechanism, a specimen high temperature, and the expansion interface of the acoustic emission and other equipments were designed. With the axial force of 3 000 kN, the surrounding pressure of 100 MPa, the per- meable water pressure of 60 MPa and other technical index provided and with the confirmation of the uniaxial compression of the coal and gas, triaxial compression, unloading test and others, the function of the test machine is advancing and the performances are excellent.
