针对全球经济快速发展背景下资源需求日增而供应紧张的局面,强调了对资源的共享利用。考虑到当前对资源共享效果评价的缺乏,应用效用理论、社会福利函数以及多目标评价等手段与方法对资源共享效果进行综合评价,其结果将有利于企业和各级组织进一步促进资源共享并提高其共享效果。
英文摘要：
This paper emphasizes the use of resource sharing under the background of more resource requiring but less supplying in the whole world with fast developing economy.Considering the study of effectiveness evaluation model for the resource sharing is scanty,comprehensive and scientific evaluation model for the effectiveness of resource sharing was tried through methods of expected utility theory, social welfare function and multi-target evaluation,so as to further accelerate sharing resource and also make it more effective.
