Weibing Gong, is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Computer & Communication Engineering in University of Science and Technology Beijing, China, He was born in Shandong, China, in 1983. He received the BS in Mathematics in Shandong University at Weihai in 2007, and the MS in Mathematics in School of Mathematics and Statistics of Lanzhou University in 2010. Xiaolong Yang, received the Ph.D. degree in Communication engineering from University of Electronic & Scientific Technology China, Chengdu, China, in 2004. He has been a faculty member of Computer & Communication at University of Scientific Technology Beijing since 2011, where he is currently a professor and vice director of Advanced Network & Technology. Min Zhong. is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Computer & Communication Engineering in University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. Her major research interests include theory and technique of Internet, IP network security. Keping Long. received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Electronic & Scientific Technology in Chengdu, China in 1995 and 1998 respectively. He has been a faculty member of Computer & Communication at University of Scientific Technology Beijing since 2011, where he is currently a Professor and director in School of Computer & Communication. Prof. Long is a senior member of IEEE. He was a visiting Professor to the Department of Electrical En- gineering at Melbourne University from 2001-2002. He was awarded as Distinguished Young Researcher ChangJiang Scholar from Ministry of Science and Technology, China. His major research interests in- clude Next-Generation Network, wireless communication theory.
