以河北省各工业行业为研究对象,选用灰色关联度模型研究了各工业行业能源消费对河北省和北京市大气环境的关联度。结果表明:工业污染具有空间传递效应;京津冀大气环境指标呈慢速波动式增长;原料和化学制品制造业、煤炭开采和洗选业对北京和河北两地的环境影响显著。为引导北京市和河北省工业和环境的协调发展,应加快建立高效的区域大气环境联防联控机制,制定区域工业行业环境治理标准,调整产业结构并进行产业的转移升级。
In various industrial sectors in Hebei Province as the research object, this paper used the grey correlation model to calculate the rele- vance of that the various industry energy consumption with Hebei and Beijing's atmospheric environment. The results showed that industrial pollution had spatial transfer action, Beijing and Hebei's atmospheric environment index slowed growth with a wave's frequency, Beijing and Hebei atmospheric environment what matters most was raw materials and chemical products manufacturing and coal mining and processing. It was proposed that the bal- ance between the atmospheric environment of Beijing and industry of Hebei called for the coordinated policies to establish an effective joint prevention and control mechanism, to formulate standards for environmental governance in regional industry, to adjust the industrial structure and upgrade and transfer the industry.
