含盐分泥岩溶浸弱化力学特性

为了研究储气库建造过程中水对夹层中所含泥岩的弱化作用及破坏方式,试验研究了不同配比的泥岩干试件和在水中溶浸不同时间后的物理力学特性,实验发现m(水泥):m(砂子):m(黄土)=1:1:2或1:1:3再到1:1:4的过程中其强度逐渐减小,其强度由3.66MPa降低到2.73MPa,1:1:3是在清水和饱和盐水中溶浸特性不同的一个临界比例,若黄土配比在此基础上减少,试件在溶浸后强度会有所提高,强度可以提高52%达到7.62MPa;反之,试件强度会减小。同种配比试件,在同一时间段内,分别在清水和饱和盐水中溶浸后强度特性变化不大,其弹性模量也在一定范围内小幅波动,即液体种类对力学特性影响不明显。三种配比的含盐分泥岩试件,在强度上与泥岩相当,在破坏方式上以柱状劈裂和剪切破裂为主,说明含盐分泥岩属弱脆性材料。该成果对含夹层储气库稳定性研究有参考价值。

英文摘要:

In order to study the attenuation and failure mode of mudstone affected by water during the gas-storage cavern construction,an experimental study of uniaxial compression was conducted on dry specimens dipped into water or saturated brine in various time lengths.The experiment indicates that the strength decreases as the component ratio of cement,sand and loess varies in 1:1:2 to 1:1:4;and the strength reduces from 3.66MPa to 2.73MPa.The component ratio of 1:1:3 is a critical point which will result in different characteristics of specimens dipping in water or saturated brine.Based on this critical ratio point,if the proportion of loess is reduced,the strength of specimen will increase to 7.62MPa up 52%.Otherwise the strength of the specimen will decrease.When the specimens with the same ratio dip in both water and saturated brine,there is no change in the strength of specimens,and little changes in their modulus of elasticity.The results show that the liquid has no effect on the mechanical characteristics of the specimens.Three types of specimens with different component ratios resemble mudstone in terms of strength.The failure modes are brittle fracture and shearing along joints,which show the mudstone with salt is a weak brittle material.The result provides a useful reference for studying salt cavern stability.
