为全面了解不同系列碱矿渣水泥的一些基本性能,探索不同系列碱矿渣水泥基本性能之间的异同,以氢氧化钠、水玻璃、碳酸钠、硫酸纳为激发剂,通过变换每种激发剂的掺量及模数激发矿粉制得相应的碱矿渣水泥,同时以抗压强度、强碱比、抗压强度增长率为研究对象,对比分析4种碱矿渣水泥的特点,并与P.042.5做对比。结果表明:(1)从整体上而言,抗压强度从大到小的顺序为水玻璃体系、氢氧化纳体系、P.042.5水泥、碳酸纳体系、硫酸纳体系;(2)其强碱比从大到小的顺序为水玻璃体系、氢氧化纳体系、碳酸纳体系、硫酸纳体系;(3)与P.042.5相比而言,氢氧化钠体系和水玻璃体系的碱矿渣水泥具有抗压强度早期增长快,后期还有较大幅度增长的优点,碳酸纳体系和硫酸纳体系的碱矿丨查水泥则与碱掺量有关,碱掺量越大,其早期强度增长越快,但相应后期强度增幅就越小。
For a more comprehensive understanding of some basic properties of different alkali activated slag cement, to explore the similarities and differences between the performance of different alkali slag cement, with sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate as activator, through the transform each activator content and modulus excitation powder to prepare alkali activated slag cement, at the same time taking the compressive strength, alkali ratio, compressive strength growth rate as the object of study, it was analyzed of the characteristics of four kinds of alkali activated slag cement,and compared with P.042.5. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) as a whole, the order of compressive strength from great to small is water glass series,sodium hydroxide series,P.042.5 cement,sodium carbonate series,sodium sulfate series ; (2) the order of strength to alkali ratio from great to small is water glass series, sodium hydroxide series, sodium carbonate series,sodium sulfate series; (3) compared with the P.042.5, alkali slag cements of sodium hydroxide seriesand water glass series have the advantage, which compressive strength grows faster early and grows greater later;the strength increments of alkali slag cements of sodium carbonate series and sodium sulfate series have the relation with the contents of alkali, the early compressive strength grows faster, and inversely later, if the content of alkali is greater.
