通过调查南京市中老年人慢性病相关状况、健康养生方式、健康教育投入费用支出等情况,分析目前慢性病健康教育的效果及需求,探讨有效可行的健康教育推广方式。问卷调查及分析。中老年人基本生活方式较健康,健康投入愿望强烈,但健康养生途径比较单一,缺乏科学指导。不同医保形式的人群健康教育需求差异很大。健康教育可以有效防止慢性病健康费用开支,预防和减少慢性病的危害,目前中老年人获得健康养生途径单一,这显现出以专业医学工作者为指导和以政府为主要推动力量的社区健康教育方式的稀缺,而中老年居民普遍关注自身健康,且有增加自身健康投入的愿望,但缺乏科学合理的投入渠道与正确引导,国家相关部门应为健康教育的实施提供财力、物力和政策等方面的保障,可根据不同人群的性别、收入、居住状况、职业背景等差异方面,实施有针对性的、梯度定价方式设计的健康教育产品。
Objective:To probe the ways that people accepted in line with the relative situation of chronic disease, the way that preserved health, and the investment that used in keeping health about the old residents in Nanjing and the input of the investment plus general ways of healthy habits. To seek the possible ways that healthy education integrated into medical insurance as well as exploring adequate content and right level. Methods: We desiged a kind of questionnaire that contained the basic information of the residents meanwhile different lifestyle and healthy demand to analyze people who came to see the doctor in the community hospitals. Results: The lifestyle of the residents in Nanjing was healthy whereas the proportion of the chronic disease was high and they expected to input more money to ensure their health. However, the way of keeping health was insufficient, and they lacked necessary health education. The demand of health education varied in different stages of elders. Conclusion: Health education could effectively avoid the cost of chronic disease; it prevent sand reduces the harm of chronic disease. At present, the way that the middle aged and elderly can get health preservation is limited. It shows the insufficient promotion of community health education governed by professional medical workers and governments. Middle aged and elderly generally cared about their own fitness, and were willing to invest more to remain healthy whlie lacked scientific and reasonable guidance. Government should provide funds, resources and policies for people at different group, different gender, different income, dwelling condition, career background accordingly and implement specific, gradient method of the planning of medical education products.
