使用心理资本量表PCQ-24对苏州、连云港制造业新生代农民工的心理资本状况进行了调查.通过对522份有效问卷分析,获得了新生代农民工心理资本的总体状况,分析了自信、希望、韧性、乐观等心理资本维度在性别、年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度、收入、技术等级、休息制度、企业性质和用工性质等方面存在的差异.提出了重视新生代农民工心理资本,关注女性群体和离异者;转变管理理念,加强培训开发与薪酬管理;科学运用PCI模型,把乐观提升放在首位等改善该群体心理资本的基本思路.
Psychological capital Questionnaire (PCQ - 24) is used to investigate mental capital of the new -generation migrant workers in manufacturing industries of Suzhou, Lianyungang. with 522 valid questionnaires the researchers obtained an overall condition of the group's psychological capital, and analysed the differences of the psychological capital dimensions, self-confidence, hope, toughness, and the optimism due to different gender, age, marital status, level of education, income, technology level, rest system, enterprise nature and nature of employment. The paper proposes some basic ideas to improve their psychological capital, which include paying attention to the psychological capital, to women and divorcees; changing the management concept, strengthening the management of training and compensation; using PCI model scientifically to enhance the optimism in the first place.
