以Ca(OH)2的沉淀重量为指标,采用正交实验设计,研究了HCl质量分数、温度、酸浸时间对脱钙的影响,同时研究了碱质量分数、反应时间对脱蛋白质的影响及适合甲壳素脱色条件.得到最佳工艺为:WHCl=5.0%,反应温度20℃,酸浸时间1 h;WNaOH=10%,反应温度90℃,反应时间2 h;用WKMnO4=5%,WNaHSO3=10%进行脱色.
To precipitate Ca (OH) 2 as an index of weight, orthogonal experimental design to study the HCl concentration, temperature, leaching time of decalcification, also studied alkali concentration, reaction time deproteinized influence and the conditions for decolorization chitin.Obtain optimum process : WHCl = 5.0%, the reaction temperature is 20 ℃, leaching time 1 h WNaOH = 10%, the reaction temperature is 90 ℃, reaction time 2 h ; with WKMnO4 = 5%, WNaHSO3 = 10% decolorization.
