选取健康马尾松(Pinusmassnoiana)进行松材线虫接种试验,利用地面光谱仪(350~2500nm)对健康植株及感病植株在不同感病时期的光谱特征进行数据获取,同时对各时期植株叶绿素质量分数变化进行分析。结果表明:健康马尾松与感病马尾松的原始光谱反射率在感病的中后期差异明显,表现在可见光及近红外区域的反射峰与吸收谷特征随病程推移逐渐减弱直至消失;感病植株叶绿素质量分数与波长1405nm处的光谱反射率有显著的相关关系,并以此建立感病马尾松叶绿素质量分数定量模型:CHL=-1.74(X1405)2+4.72X1405-0.76;通过波长593nm处光谱反射率的一阶导数光谱特征分析,结合相应时期的叶绿素质量分数定量反演可用于判断马尾松是否感染了松萎蔫病,尤其对肉眼可见感病特征前的早期阶段具有良好的监测效果。
We selected healthy Pinus msa sioniaan for pine wood nematode inoculation experiments by a ground spectrometer ( wavelength in 350-2 500 nm) to get the reflectance of heath and disease of Piuns massino iana in different infection peri-od, and analyzed the changes of chlorophyll content.The original spectral reflectance of health and disease of P.massoni-a na are different in the late period, and the reflection peak gradually weakens and even disappears, while in the reflec-tance spectra of varicose near infrared region gradually becomes a straight line.There is significant correlation relationship of susceptible plant chlorophyll content and reflectance at the wavelength of 1 405 nm, the quantitative inversion model of the content of chlorophyll is CHL=-1.74( X1405 ) 2+4.72X1405-0.76.Through a firsto-rder differential 593 nm wavelength re-flectivity , combined with the corresponding chlorophyll content, the model can judge whether the early infection of Pinus massoniana pine wilt disease, especially in the early stages before disease features are visible to the naked eyes it has a good quantitative monitoring effect.
