通过对企业创新绩效影响因素的分析与识别,构建了企业创新绩效影响因素的系统动力学模型。通过仿真发现,市场竞争程度和学习导向对企业创新绩效具有正相关性,市场竞争程度和学习导向的增强可促进企业创新绩效的提高。而政府与企业R＆D资金投入对企业创新绩效并非简单的线性关系而是呈倒U型曲线,表明政府资金支持虽然可通过杠杆效益带动企业投入进而提高创新绩效,但企业对政府投入的过度依赖则会因挤出效应对创新绩效产生负面影响。
英文摘要：
Through analyzing corporation innovation performance factors,this paper establishes system dynamics model. The simulation finds that market competition and learning orientation are positively related to innovation performance. The relationship between RD investment by government and corporation and performance is not simply linear but inverted U curve,which shows that,government＇s investment can improve performance by corporation investment,but corporation＇s excessive dependence on government will negatively influence innovation performance due to crowding out effect.
