Cement grinding aid is a kind of cost-effective energy-saving technology of cement grinding.In briefly introduced the typi- cal composition and development of grinding aids.The effect of cement grinding aid in the grinding process and the typical grinding mechanisms were summarized.Also, the grinding agent on the properties of cement powder and hydration process were discussed.At the same time, the outlook was given combined with problems and current situation of the development of the cement grinding aid products in China.
