在Ca(OH)2-H2O-CO2体系中加入一定量的白云石超细粉体,通过纳米包覆技术达到表面改性的目的。比较了纳米包覆前、后1 000目白云石粉体用到造纸中对纸张抗张指数、耐破指数、撕裂指数和耐折度等性能的影响。结果表明:纳米包覆后白云石的表面性能得到改善,提高了在纸张上的留着率,增加了纸张的抗张指数、耐破指数、撕裂指数和耐折度等。
Certain amount of superfine dolomite powder was added into the system of Ca (OH) 2-H2O-CO2 to surface by nano-coating technology. When 1 000 mesh dolomite powder before and after nano-coating were used in papermaking, their influences on paper properties were compared, such as tensile index, tear index, burst index, folding strength, and so on. Results showed that the surface performance of dolomite and the filler retention rate were improved after nano-coating, and the tensile index, tear index, burst index and folding strength were also increased.
