Bottleneck problems during the period of business starting by undergraduate students were analyzed by taking an example of the status of business incubators in Tianjin Binhai New Area. These problems include lack of funding, lack of energy and environment, etc. It advocates that we should ensure the success of business starting by undergraduates by offer- ing good services and tackling these problems.
