深海脐带缆是连接上部控制装置和海底生产系统的生命线,其内部各套管之间的相互接触作用是影响脐带缆安全性的一个重要因素。建立脐带缆局部有限元模型,分析其在不同工况下相关应力的变化。分析结果表明:摩擦系数对该模型的最大等效应力、接触应力均有影响,尤其在载荷大到一定程度时对摩擦应力影响较大。
This effect of tubes interaction in the deep-sea umbilical is studied by static analysis.The deep-sea umbilical are the"life lines"between the topside control facilities and the subsea production system,and its cross-sections is very complex,so the interaction among tubes inside is an important factor affecting the safety.A detailed finite element model of umbilical is established.The behavior of relevant stresses with different friction coefficient is simulated in different load cases.According to the comparative analysis,it shows that the friction coefficient do have affection on maximum stress and contact press,especially when the load reach some value,it affects friction stress a lot.The research results are helpful to the deep-sea umbilical's design and analysis.
