采用煤热解-气化连续方法,在TG-DTA/DSC热分析仪器上对煤化程度接近但沉积环境不同的5种煤的热解与气化特性进行研究,运用Coats-Redfern积分法求解煤热解动力学参数。研究结果表明:5种煤的热解机制是相似的,反应级数n=3;还原程度较弱的SH与SF煤,热解表观活化能在43—54 kJ/mol,而还原程度较强的其他3种煤,热解表观活化能在76—103 kJ/mol。对于还原程度不同的煤焦气化活性的研究发现:在较低气化温度下,还原程度较弱的煤焦气化反应速率大于强还原程度煤焦;相反在较高温度下,弱还原程度煤焦的气化反应速率小于强还原程度煤焦。
The pyrolysis and gasification behavior of five-coal samples in the same coalification degree but different reductive degree were investigated by continuous coal pyrolysis-gasification with TG-DTG-DSC.The kinetic parameters of coal pyrolysis were obtained by Coats-Redfern integral method.The result shows that the third order chemical reaction model is adapt to the whole temperature range and the pyrolysis mechanism of five coals is similar.The apparent activation energy range of pyrolysis is 43-54 kJ/mol for SH and SF coals in weaker reductive degree,and the activation energy of the other three coals in reductive degree is 76-103 kJ/mol.At the lower reaction temperatures,the gasification reaction rate of coal in weaker reductive degree is higher than that in stronger reductive degree;on the contrary,the gasification reaction rate of CO2 with coals in weaker reductive degree is lower than that in stronger reductive degree at high temperatures.
