应用ABAQUS软件建立了设置垫板的T形件螺栓连接有限元模型,变化垫板尺寸和T形件尺寸设计5个试件,分别对其在单调受拉、单调受压和往复拉压作用下的性能进行分析,并和已有试验结果进行比较.结果表明:建立的有限元模型能够很好的模拟该连接在单调拉力、单调压力和往复拉压作用下的性能,可在更大范围内调查该类型连接的性能.设置垫板的T形件连接在往复拉压作用下滞回性能稳定、滞回环饱满,在拉压方向上均能耗散能量,其耗能能力为不设置垫板的T形件连接的1.5~2倍左右;设置垫板对连接抗拉刚度和承载力等性能影响不大;随着垫板宽度增加,连接的抗压刚度和承载力均有一定程度的增加;随着T形件长度的增加,连接的拉压刚度、承载力和耗能能力均有提高.
A finite element model of bolted T-stub connection with inserted plates was established py by using software ABAQUS.Five specimens were designed by changing the size of the plate and T-stub,the mechanical behavior of specimens respectively in the monotonic tension,monotonic compression and cyclic loads was analyzed and compared with previous experiment results.The results show that the finite element model is able to effectively simulate the performance of T-stub connection under tension,compression and reciprocating loads,therefore can be used to investigate performance of T-stub connection in a wider range.The hysteretic performance of the specimens with inserted plates is stable and their load-deformation loops are plump;the specimens with inserted plates can dissipate energy in both tension and compression loads,so the energy dissipated by them is about 50%-100% more than specimen without inserted plates;the plates has little impact on the bearing capacity and stiffness under tension load;along with the increase of the plate width,the bearing capacity and stiffness are improved under compression load;the stiffness,bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity are increased both in tension and compression loads as the T-stub length grows.
