使用者是城市公园的主人，但是从使用者的角度对城市公园使用率进行的研究较少．选取南京市的18个公园为研究对象，通过问卷调查和基于SPSS13．0的相关分析，从公园使用者的特征和公园的特征两个方面探讨影响南京市公园使用率的因子．分析结果显示，公园使用者的年龄、职业和受教育水平以及公园的可达性、公园的活动和设施水平会对南京公园的使用率产生影响．在此基础上，提出了提高南京公园使用率的建议．

英文摘要：

Studies of the utilization rate of parks from the angle of users＇ needs are relatively not enough, though users are important to parks. Based on the data acquiring by questionnaire survey in 18 parks of Nanjing City , this paper uses quantitative analysis tools of SPSS13.0 to analyze the correlation factors affecting the utilization rate of parks in Nanjing City. The result indicates that the age, education background, occupations of park users and the accessibility, activities or facilities of parks are correlated with the utilization rate of parks in Nanjing. Based on the study, the paper provides some suggestions to improve the utilization rate of parks in Nanjing.
