基于网络均衡理论,在分析出行者交通方式、出行路径和停车设施选择均衡的基础上,建立了不同市场经营机制(包括垄断、寡头竞争和社会最优3种类型)下市区内的路外停车设施和市区边缘的停车换乘设施的定价模型;并对所提出模型进行了实际应用,同时比较了不同市场均衡解的效果。结果表明:垄断经营机制会导致最高的停车收费价格、最低的停车需求和社会福利及最高的总系统利润;社会最优与其相反,而寡头竞争介于二者之间。
Authors analyzed the equilibrium choices for travel modes of travelers,travel routes and parking facilities based on the network equilibrium theory.The pricing models for parking facilities under different market regimes were proposed.The market regimes included monopoly,oligopolistic competition and social optimum.The parking facilities included off-street parking lots in urban areas and park-and-ride sites at the edge of the urban central areas.A numerical example was used to illustrate the application of the proposed models.The solutions for different market regimes were also compared.Results show that monopoly regime leads to the highest parking charges,the smallest demands of parking,the lowest social welfare,and the highest total system profit.The results for the social optimum regime are reverse of the previous one,and the results for oligopolistic competition regime remain between them.
