为研究配置600MPa高强钢筋的部分预应力混凝土梁构件的受力性能及适用性,对四根配置HRB600级钢筋作为非预应力筋的有黏结与无黏结部分预应力混凝土梁分别进行静载及疲劳试验研究。结果表明:循环加载前梁体是否开裂对梁体混凝土的疲劳性能有明显影响,非预应力高强钢筋变形恢复能力没有受到疲劳荷载作用影响,无黏结部分预应力混凝土梁和有黏结部分预应力混凝土梁的抗疲劳性能都较好,配置600MPa钢筋的部分预应力混凝土梁能够在实际工程中得到很好的应用。
To study the the mechanical behavior and applicability of partial prestressed concrete beams with 600 MPa grade high strength steels, static test and fatigue test of the four bonded or unbonded partial prestressed concrete with HRB600 non-prestressed tendons are carried out. The results indicate that the fatigue performance of beam body concrete beams will be significantly affected on cracks of beam before cyclic loading, displacement restoring capacity of non-prestressed high-strength steel bar have little affect on fatigue load. The fatigue properties of unbonded partial prestressed concrete and bonded partial prestressed concrete are both good, and partial prestressed concrete beams with 600 MPa reinforced bar can be used well in practical engineering.
