为减少对石油的依赖和环境的污染,使丰富的可再生生物质燃料能够在内燃机中使用;在不改变汽油机点火提前角特性和供油系的前提下用单缸四冲程汽油机对汽油一二甲基呋喃(DMF)以及汽油一乙醇混合燃料进行试验研究.研究表明:汽油一DMF混合燃料的指示热效率与燃烧效率稍低于汽油一乙醇,与纯汽油接近,但缸内燃烧压力与燃烧速率比汽油一乙醇高;而且汽油一DMF的油耗率要优于汽油一乙醇,并且DMF掺混质量分数为10%时油耗率在混合燃料中最低;汽~-DMF的常规排放物总体上低于纯汽油.
In the test conditions without changing ignition advance angle and fuel supply system, the per- formance characteristics of gasoline-2,5-dimethylfuran(DMF) blends and gasoline-ethanol blends were re- searched in a gasoline internal combustion engine using biomass fuel to reduce dependence on oil and impact on environment, make abundant renewable biofuels used in an internal combustion engine. The test results show that indicated thermal efficiency and combustion efficiency of gasoline-DMF blends is lower than that of gasoline-ethanol blends and similar to that of gasoline, but cylinder combustion pressure and combustion velocity of it is higher than that of gasoline-ethanol blends. Besides, the fuel consumption rate of gasoline- DMF blends is superior and that of blends with mass proportion of DMF being 10~ is lowest in blends. Traditional legislated emissions of gasoline-DMF blends are less than that of gasoline as a whole.
