基于轨道交通网指挥中心对路网协调指挥、各线路运营系统集成、信息共享和决策支持等系统需求的分析,构建路网综合监控系统。系统的体系结构包括网络通信平台、数据平台、信息共享平台和综合应用平台等核心部分,以及网络和信息安全保障体系、信息化标准规范体系和信息化运营管理体系等支撑部分。根据系统涉及的业务基础信息、动态监控信息、业务管理信息和空间数据,设计系统的信息处理流程,进而按照数据获取、信息共享和综合应用3个功能层次进行系统功能设计。运用时空的数据集成和应用集成等核心技术,将整个系统的功能分别封装成面向相对独立业务的软件包,形成信息共享平台、营运管理、应急指挥管理、辅助决策支持库和对外服务等子系统。针对北京市轨道交通网的实际业务需求,运用上述设计思想和关键技术,开发相关的应用软件原型系统,其功能实现验证了此系统设计和技术方案实现的可行性。
Based on the analysis of the system requirement of the comprehensive monitoring system (CMS) applied into traffic control center (TCC) for urban rail transit network, a new-style CMS framework including 4 layers, which are network layer, data layer, information sharing layer and integrated application layer, was put forward. The new design system can satisfy the TCC requirement on the operating and dispatching management, the integration of the operation control center (OCC) system of the different line, information sharing and decision-supporting, and has the advanced features with the visualization, intelligentization and temporal-spatial information sharing implemented on GIS technologies. The system function structure including data management, information sharing and integrated applications also was constructed based on the analysis of the data content and the data processing flow of this system. The key technologies of the implementation of this system, which are temporal-spatial data integration, temporalspatial system integration and the software module disassembly scheme, were described in detail. Finally, the practical system development applied into Beijing TCC demonstrates the effectiveness of the design and implementation of the CMS based on GIS.
