本文概括了国内外有关聚ε-己内酯共混膜的研究情况.分析了聚ε-己内酯膜的性能,指出单组分膜的应用局限;介绍了制备聚ε-己内酯共混膜的共混方式,主要包括熔融混合和溶液共混;概况了聚ε-己内酯与聚乳酸、聚砜、壳聚糖和海藻酸盐等聚合物的共混膜,并对其性能进行了分析,重点总结了聚ε-己内酯共混膜作为可控药物释放载体、医用敷料和组织工程支架材料在生物医学领域的应用;阐述了聚ε-己内酯与聚合物共混制膜在生物医学领域的潜在价值.
Recent studies on poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)blend membrane are summarized.The present paper firstly analyzed the performance of PCL membrane,and pointed out the application limitation of the single component membrane.Then it introduced the blending methods of preparing PCL mixture,mainly including melt blending and solution blending.Next the paper summarized the blend membrane consisted of PCL and synthetic or natural polymers,such as polylactide,polysulfone,chitosan,alginateand so forth,in addition its properties were analyzed,and the potential applications were further summed up in biomedical fields as controllable drug-releasing carriers,medical dressings and tissue engineering scaffolds and so on.The potential values of the blending system were expatiated in biomedical and pharmaceutical materials.
