农民合作社通过提高农民组织化程度,达成集体行动方案来实现增强农民市场地位与节约交易费用的目标,从而带动社员增收;基于江西省250个样本调研数据,运用结构方程模型分析了不同特质的农民合作社理事长的企业家才能对合作社绩效的影响。结果表明:合作社理事长的管理能力与学习能力对合作社绩效有显著正向影响,但理事长的工作态度对合作社绩效的影响未通过显著性检验,判断与分析能力对合作社绩效的正向影响假说不成立。为促进农民合作社经营绩效的提升,理事长应加强学习与借鉴先进管理经验,丰富自身经营管理知识,提高管理技能,把握合作社发展规律,抓住市场机遇。
The farmers' professional cooperatives achieve collective action through improving the organization of farmers,and then also achieve the goal of enhancing the market position and saving transaction costs,finally increase the income of members. This paper is based on the data of 250 samples survey in Jiangxi Province,using structural equation model to analyze the effect of different characteristics directors' entrepreneurship on the farmers' professional cooperatives performances. The results show as follows. The management ability and learning ability of the directors have a significant positive effect on the performance of the cooperatives,but the working attitude of the directors has no significant effect on the performance of the cooperatives. The hypothesis that judgment and analysis have positive impact on the performance of the cooperatives is false. In order to promote the management performance of the farmers' professional cooperatives,the directors should strengthen learning and reference advanced management experience,enriching their management knowledge,improving management skills,grasping the law of the development of cooperatives,and seizing market opportunities.
