基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,建立了较为详细的SS7E机车在弹性结构轨道上的动力学仿真分析模型,详细的考虑了牵引电机的弹性悬挂与各部件之问的止挡.结合试验结果,对模型及其仿真计算结果进行了验证.结果表明,试验值与仿真计算值吻合良好,该模型能够用来分析SS7E机车的动力学性能.最后,针对该机车在实际运营过程中出现横向非线性异常振动现象,进行了机车二系横向减振器阻尼大小及工作状态对机车舒适性影响等方面的研究.
On the basis of the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics, a dynamics model of SSTE locomotive on elastic tracks is proposed, in which the elastic suspension of electrical machinery and the blocked gap among rigid parts are taken into account in detail. The simulation results are credible by contrast with the experiment results, and the comparison shows that it is much reliable to use the theoretical model as a tool to analyze dynamic performance of SSTE locomotive. In addition, the locomotive presents the severe transverse sway in such speed scope from 120 km/h to 140 km/h so effects of the secondary lateral darnning value and its working state on the stability are analyzed.
