主动隔振技术是一种具有治理舰船低频噪声潜力的新技术。针对舰船柴油机组主动隔振试验系统试验时间长、现场混乱、噪声大以及局部有限控制点信息无法进行全局减振效能评估的缺点,特研发一套柴油机组状态监测及减振效能在线评估系统。该系统具有状态在线监测、减振效能在线评估、数据采集和记录以及试验现场视频监控等功能,现场试验显示该系统可以节省时间,提高试验工作效率和工作舒适度,达到预期设计的目的和效果。
Active vibration isolation is a potential technology to solve the low- frequency noise problem of vessels.However, the active isolation experimental system (AIES) of diesel units of vessels has some shortcomings such as longexperimental duration, messy test fields and huge in-situ noise. Besides, it is unlikely to make a global evaluation of noisereduction effect for the diesel units according to the information at the limited controlling points only. In this paper, a systemwith on- line monitoring, on- line assessment, data acquisition and recording and video surveillance is developed for theAIES. The function of on-line monitoring and assessment is emphasized. The experiment showed that the system can savetime, improve work efficiency and comfort, which met the expected requirements.
