By analyzing the structural characteristics and the deficiency on existing drum mixer,a new drum mixer was proposed,it uses rubber tires by way of support structure,the hydraulic motor / motor drives the drum,and drive transmission is pin gear transmission of multi- point meshing. The main features is described in detail,compared with the traditional mixer,it has many advantages,can achieve energy saving and vibration weakening efficient mixing process,and has broad application prospects.
