为了解决晋城煤业集团在部分矿井减产的情况下,对各大矿井进行综合生产能力提升的发展战略问题,利用矿井通风仿真系统MVSS3.0,对该集团成庄矿的通风网络在仿真的基础上进行优化。利用矿井通风仿真系统实现了二、四盘区和三、五盘区的分区通风,为矿井的以风定产提供了科学依据。二、四盘区分区通风不但解决了风机“对拉”问题,也解决了风速超限、风流不稳等问题,并且能满足后续的开拓、生产。同时也解决了瓦斯问题。采用6道压力平衡风门将三、五盘区隔开,这种方法施工简单、易行、经济,调节设施少,便于通风管理,分区后通风状况良好。
To solve the problem of improving the general production capacity of whole mine of Jincheng Coal Industry Group under the condition that some sub-mines has a drop in production, the ventilation network of Chengzhuang mine, is optimized by using mine ventilation simulation system, MVSS 3.0. The sectional ventilation of Mine Sections No. 2 and No. 4 as well as No. 3 and No. 5 are implemented by using the MVSS, which can provide scientific foundation for determining production according to ventilation condition of the mine. The sectional ventilation between mine sections No. 2 and No. 4 can not only solve the problem of fan contrary-draught, but also solve the problem of airflow velocity exceeding and unsteadiness, and can satisfy the follow-up development and production, at the same time, gas problem is also be solved. Six pressure balance air doors are used to separate Mine Sections No. 3 and No. 5, whose merit are simple in construction, practicable, economical, less regulating device, convenient in ventilation management, and the ventilation is in order after sectional ventilation.
