通过内腔单共振光学参量振荡器(SRO),获得了连续单频的1.5μm激光光源.实验采用PPLN晶体为非线性晶体,通过优化设计Nd:YVO4激光器的参数和SRO腔的参数,在LD泵浦功率为18W时,获得了300mW的连续单频1.5μm激光输出.实验与理论相结合,详细分析了SRO的运转特性,并提出了进一步优化SRO的方法.
We report a continuous-wave single-frequency 1.5 μm laser generated by intracavity singly resonant optical parametric oscillator(SRO).A PPLN crystal was chosen as the nonlinear crystal,based on the design of laser cavity and SRO cavity,a maximum signal power of 300 mW was obtained at the LD pump power of 18 W.With the theoretical analysis,we put forward the optimized method.
