讨论了非兴奋型钙离子的振荡数学模型,通过运用C语言编程进行数值计算,MATLAB仿真画图,分析了该模型加入外击电流后,在分岔参数的变化区间内所产生的复杂振荡模式:即点一点振荡模式.并讨论了两个含间隙耦合的钙离子细胞在耦合强度一定时,参数变化对同步性的影响.当参变量在一定区间内,在较小的耦合强度下,参数值越大系统越容易发生近似同步.
A mathematical model with extra cullent about calcium ion oscillation of non-excitable cells is studied. Firstly, the numerical calculation is conducted by C language program, and then drawings with the MATLAB are simulated. Based on the model, complex oscillation (Point-Point bursting) is triggered by variation of bifurcation parameters,which are analyzed in detail. Secondly, the parameter variation effect of the two gaps-junction-coupled calcium ion cells in the certain coupling strength on the synchronization is discussed. Numerical simulations demonstrate that the larger parameters the system has, the more easy the approximate synchronization occurs when parameters are in less coupling strength within a certain scope.
