LIU Peng, is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Xidian University, China. He received his B.S. degree in tele- communication engineering in Xidian University in 2010. His research interests include resource alloca- tion, interference avoidance and interference cancel- lation in heterogeneous networks. Ernail： liupeng0218 @gmail.com LIJiandong, received his B.E., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Xidian University, China in 1982, 1985 and 1991, respectively. He has been a faculty member of telecommunications engineering at Xidian University since 1985, where he is currently a Professor and Director of State Key Laboratory of Integrated Service Networks. Prof. I1 is a Senior Me- mber of IEEE. He was a visiting Professor to the De- partment of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University, USA, from 2002-2003. He was a member of Personal Communication Networks （PCN） specialist group for China 863 Communication High Technology Program during 1993-1994 and again in 1999-2000. He also served as the General Vice Chair for COMSOCs Chinacom 2009. He was awarded as Distinguished Young Researcher and Changjiang Sc- holar from Ministry of Science and Technology, China. His major research interests include wireless commu- nication theory, cognitive radio and signal processing. LI Hongyan, received her M.S. degrees in control eng- ineering from Xi＇an Jiaotong University, China in 1991 and her Ph,D. degree in signal and information proc- essing from Xidian University, China in 2000. She is currently a Professor in the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Service Networks, Xidian University. Her research interests include wireless networking, cogni- tive networks, integration of heterogeneous network and mobile ad hoc networks.
