总结了目前国内外超细晶钛合金的制备方法,主要包括大变形法、氢处理法和热机械处理法等,并评述了其显微组织和力学性能。采用以上方法获得的超细晶钛合金均表现出优异的力学性能,但室温延展性还有待进一步提高。分析了各种制备方法的优缺点,提出了获得更好性能匹配的相关策略。
Present preparation methods, mainly including severe plastic deformation (SPD), hydrogen treat- ment (HT) and thermomechanical processing (TMP), of ultra-fine grained (UFG) Ti alloys and their microstructure and mechanical properties are summarized. The UFG Ti alloys obtained by the above methods show good mechanical properties. However, the room-temperature tensile ductility still needs improving. Merits and demerits of these pre- paration methods are analysed and relevant strategies for obtaining better matching of properties are presented.
